Wait, wait... Cassio and Des?

Cassio begins feeling horrible for what happened the night before and knows what he must do to regain his title. He must talk to Desdemona alone....actually come to think of it this may not be the best idea. Cassio wants Des on his side so that she can put in a good word with Othello but talking alone with another mans wife isnt the safest thing to do. Emilia explains to Cassio that, "The general and his wife are talking of it, And she speaks of you stoutly." Is Othello suspicious of something?
