The end has come...

First Roderigo, then Desdemona, now Emilia AND Othello!!! This is unreal! Here's how it happened... Emilia walked in & discovered Othello had murdered her best friend, Desdemona & screams "murder!!! murder!!" Everyone rushed up to Othello's room and witnessed it with their own eyes. After Othello explained why he did it Emilia called Iago out and he literally stabbed her in the back. She died right next to Desdemona. After that, Cassio secretly slips Othello a knife because he knew it was the right thing to do. Othello explains that he, "loved not wisely, but too well" meaning he couldn't deal with the jealousy although it was just a lie. He committed suicide and also died next to Desdemona.. what a crazy tragedy.. :'(

"Demand me nothing. What you know, you know. From this time forth I never will speak word"

Are the last words Iago spoke to Othello.. now Othello realized everything was a lie. The most baffling part about this situation is, Iago seriously went through all of that trouble just to hurt all of those people physically AND emotionally.. what a sick man.

"Have you prayed tonight, Desdemon?"

Othello forces Des to pray before he kills her because he wants all of her sins to forgiven first. He makes her pray numerous times before he actually follows through with his plan. After praying, she was terrified because she knew what was in store for her. Othello strangled her until she was dead! First domestic abuse, now murder! Jeez....

"Put out the light..."

OMG, has the time really come? Has Othello truly lost his mind? The answer is yes. He feels that the only way to solve this problem is to kill Desdemona. He slowly begins to doubt himself and question whether he should or not, but he decides he HAS to because he needs to make an example out of women who choose to cuckold their husbands.

Ahh! Wild fight!

Iago tricked Roderigo into trying to kill Cassio so he'd be out of the picture so he'd be one step closer to Desdemona. In Roderigo's attempt to murder Cassio, he didn't get the shots he wanted and only ended up wounding him. Iago's plan didn't go as well as he'd thought, he was furious & needed them both out of the way therefore he grabbed Roderigo, pulled him into the corner & stabbed him hoping he'd bleed to death!! Once Roderigo realized what horrible things were happening he continued shouting, "Oh, wretched villain!" because he knew he was wrong. Meanwhile, Cassio was screaming for help because his achilles was sliced! :(

Roderigo returns....

.... with a vengeance. He wants to get rid of Cassio because he, along with Othello, believes that Desdemona is in love with Cassio!! Roderigo's crush on Des just keeps getting stronger & stronger. With the help of Iago feeding lies to Roderigo, it seems as if he'll never give up on trying to get Des! The only way, in Roderigo's mind, to get her is to get rid of Cassio & Othello! Uh oh...
